I used Steph to sell my house around 18 months ago. I was nervous as I had never sold a house before. Steph put all my worries at ease and I had a buyer (at asking price) within a week of it going on the market. The professionalism, communication and efficiency was excellent. Having just gone through the process of selling a house

Having just gone through the process of selling my mother-in-law’s house and my dad’s house using different estate agents, the value of a knowledgable, enthusiastic and skilled estate agent is clear. Sam and the Stephanie MacNab team were agents for my dad’s house sale and were great, always communicating, providing sales updates, and being proactive rather than waiting for market activity. When our prospective buyers fell through, they already had a plan of action in play to bring other interested parties into the process, resulting in quickly finding a strong new buyer and a price we were more than happy with. All through the sales process they have been on the case, moving the deal to completion. They are also a lovely team to work with, which makes a stressful process a lot easier. If only my mother-in-law’s estate agents had been half as good!

There is always some apprehension when it comes to the complicated and challenging process of selling a house. From valuation to the final sale Stephaine McNab and her team took over this concern in a thoroughly efficient and professional way and proved to be an excellent choice of Estate Agent. Fees were clear and good value for the level of service provided and communication throughout was good.

A most professional service. Kept fully informed throughout the sale . Property left safe and secure after viewings. – no signs of attendance at all. All staff most courteous throughout. I doubt there is a more effective and efficient Estate Agent.

Claire House Children’s Hospice have been working with Stephanie Macnab for over 6½ years. During this time the service has always been efficient and professional, ensuring we are kept legally compliant and informed of any day to day issues in a timely manner. 

On numerous occasions Stephanie has gone above and beyond our contractual arrangements to ensure the tenant and Claire House have received the very best possible service.  When preparing the flats for new tenants she has an eye for detail ensuring they look at their best for viewings without spending large sums of money.

Not All Estate Agents Are Equal…

I mistakenly thought that all estate agents were equal. I thought that Rightmove did the work. I was wrong! Stephanie MacNab are outstanding. The staff worked proactively to sell my property, they kept me informed throughout the whole process. They came up with ideas and were supportive and kind. If you want to sell your property quickly and at the correct price, I cannot recommend them enough.
