Having just gone through the process of selling my mother-in-law’s house and my dad’s house using different estate agents, the value of a knowledgable, enthusiastic and skilled estate agent is clear. Sam and the Stephanie MacNab team were agents for my dad’s house sale and were great, always communicating, providing sales updates, and being proactive rather than waiting for market activity. When our prospective buyers fell through, they already had a plan of action in play to bring other interested parties into the process, resulting in quickly finding a strong new buyer and a price we were more than happy with. All through the sales process they have been on the case, moving the deal to completion. They are also a lovely team to work with, which makes a stressful process a lot easier. If only my mother-in-law’s estate agents had been half as good!
